Just check out for whether these eye bags are genetically related. You need to just wake up in morning and see whether these appear on your eyes. Preferably there are two methods to weaken baggy eyes. These are hot packs and cold packs. The hot pack are particularly applied in night while the latter in morning. Baggy eyes can be associated with puffy eyes, dark circles, fine lines and creased eyelids.

Hot packs

Apply the hot olive oil on lower eyelids with the help of stick and keep it for a minute to absorb. Gentle massaging can also help in reducing under eye bags.
Add some amount of salt in hot water and depending on severity or person. As those who are regular readers and computer workers can add good doses of salt. Make sure that you do not add excess salt initially. Cut out some cotton balls in circular shape and soak it with this salt water. Now place it on your eyes for at least 7-8 minutes.

Second methods involves cold pack treatment

You can place chilled iron spoons for keeping it nearly 10 minutes in refrigerator and then press these spoons on your eye bags.
Sooth your eyes by applying cooled chamomile or green tea bags on the eye bags. Let it be for 5-10 minutes that is enough to have its effect.
